Jamie graduated today gaining her MSc. Her thesis demonstrated carbon and nitrogen losses from irrigated pasture soils in comparison to adjacent dryland pastures. Great work!

This weekend Jasmine married her long time partner Dean. A beautiful wedding party, day and ceremony.

Femke had her PhD oral exam today and flew through and so now a Dr Rambags. Thanks to Jacqui Horswell (Massey Uni and MPI) for conducting an excellent oral exam.

Bryan successfully defended his PhD today at North Carolina State University. Bryan spent about a month making measurements of nitrate removal at a denitrifying bioreactor with our colleagues from Lincoln Agritech and Aqualinc. Louis was one of his external supervisors.
